「I arrived a solo woman at 10.30pm unable to unlock the door to my room although the code worked to enter the gate and the entrance door. I already knew how impossible it was to contact this business. Then a couple arrived to find me trying to enter their appartment which was the same number that I had been given. I then tried every other appartment until a door opened. This is unacceptable and no one from this business has contacted me to apologise. 」

Location was perfect and a real selling point for this apartment! Added amenities were good too.
