“The hotel exceeded my expectations! First the HOT complimentary breakfast buffet was such a nice touch and still rarely seen during accommodations these days. The food quality was amazing from taste, presentation and options offered. Their attention to little details did not go unnoticed ( ex. pink pancakes). “I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver. We are truly appreciative of this gesture. The location was……

“We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!”

“The beach was beautiful but rocky. The standard room was dirty, the sofa was filthy, when we pulled it out to use the sofa bed the floor underneath was black. Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true. “Easy location located right in the city, everything is well within driving distance and some are even walking distance. The amenities are great and the staff/owners are wonderful. Very hospitable place , with beach chairs and umbrellas available to use for the beach and the pool being 50 feet away with a wonderful view. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be returning in the future.”
