「Conversed with reception staff before our check in. Very helpful and patient team. Helped us with transport from airport and happy to assist always. Room is clean, hot water shower consistent. No lift but no issue. Has a flight of stairs for short cut to the main area (near Cong coffee). Quiet area with a view. Loved it here 」

「Everything is very good. The breakfast have many choices and only cost US$1. The only drawback is no air-conditioning but it is not a big problem in this coolest town of Vietnam.」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「長距離バス停からすぐ。市場もナイトマーケットもすぐ。湖にも近くて立地は最高。アメニティは固形石鹸、シャンプー、ハンドソープ、歯ブラシ。気になる人は自分で持っていった方がいいレベル。レセプションは常に留守。でもこの値段でそこそこの清潔さで十分。ナイトバスの為に延泊しとても快適でした。ナイトバスで来ると、2時まではチェックイン出来ないので前泊もすればなお快適、1人旅にはとても良い。」

「The hotel is very close to the city centre. You just need a few minutes walk. The room is spacious enough with a nice balcony. The breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the bus ticket to Hanoi with a discounted price. The only thing to critise is that there's some smell in the washroom. But it's acceptable. You really can't ask for more with this price.」

「Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel...
