「Disappointed with the opening/closing timing of the gym (10am-6pm) which was not fornitured enough and not air conditioning “they said it was broken”. Disappointed with the breakfast time frame. From 8am until 10am, to short. Check out 10am, a bit to early, with no option of extending it, not even an hour ( we offered to pay) Hard to comunicate with staff. Very basic English」

We relied a call 2nd morning from reception, we would like you to move to their sister hotel the Augustus across the road basically they were asking as they had lots of school kids for the next 5 days and the place would be loud . So we moved to the 4 star hotel great hotel to excellent for foods and staff ,Cambrills is a lovely place to」

「Horarios de Bar y de Trenet interno que te facilitan a la hora del checkin no se acercan a la realidad ni de lejos. A la hora del checkin te piden una fianza que no se avisa de antemano a la hora de hacer la reserva online. A destacar la tranquilidad en lo alto de la montaña (mirador) la verdad sea dicha. Pero nadie te quita el sabor de boca amargo de sentirte algo abandonado. La paella del restaurante buenísima así como el camarero que en todo momento sientes que se preocupa por brindarte...

「Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning. TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening. It didn't switch off until late at night. Breakfast was very good with ample choice. The pool area was nice but limited number of sunbeds...
