“First I would like to say that I received an upgrade on my room and I was very appreciative of that. It was cozy and comfortable. I went to a couple of buffets and they were very nice and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning.”

“Where do I begin? No breakfast. Coffee was available but no creamer, sugar and Splenda only. NO hair dryer! Pool area was a shambles— Parts roped off. I had to ask twice to have gum removed from the baby pool swimming area where my grandchildren played. I had to ask for the pool deck to be cleaned of crumbs all over the floor. Staff was completely unapologetic as to the short comings of the property.”

“First off, check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told our room would be ready soon so we brought all of our luggage in and waited in the lobby. 4pm came and went, and after asking multiple times when our room would be ready, we kept getting the same reply, just a few minutes, they're still cleaning the room. Finally we were able to check-in at 4:25pm, almost a half hour after our check-in time, and wasting over an hour sitting in the lobby. We weren't the only ones either, there were……

“I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution.
