"This is a lovely property, perfect for a family of 4 or 5 wishing to explore Suffolk. However there are a couple of things to be aware of. The garden shown in the picture is not "private", rather it is shared amongst the 4 properties that make up Boundary Farm. So all 4 terraces adjoin each other. Not a big deal for us, but it may be to some. Secondly the wifi is not very strong. We were OK in our property as it turns out we had the only router amongst the 4 properties. "Hotel was very central for restaurants, pubs and shops in Woodbridge. Ten minute drive to Sutton Hoo and 30 min drive to RSPB Minsmere. Our room (3) was very spacious and nicely designed with a kingsize double bed. All staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent. "

"Cottage pleasant, bed comfortable and well equipped. However, bathroom floor desperately needs some attention as floods bathroom floor and is in danger of flooding bedroom as floor is not level to drain properly. No shower gel as advertised.Pint of milk in fridge on arrival would have been helpful. The bottom of front door needs attention as warped, meaning you can’t fasten bottom bolt. Having said this, we would still come again but floor could Bea danger to people."
