“The door entry keypad wouldn’t work after returning for the evening. The staff quickly remedied the situation. I was afraid it would take long, and I was very tired, but within 5 minutes I was back in the room.”

“The room was spacious and decorated nicely. Unfortunately, we had to check-out early after the first night and checked in to another hotel for the other two nights of our trip. We did not receive a refund despite explaining to the woman at the desk upon check-in that I am not able to walk upstairs. We were told there was no elevator in the building, and we were put up on the second floor. To make matters worse, we were put in the very last room at the end of the long hallway after repeatedly……
