“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“We arrived and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to have a view of Fountain Square which was nice. The room was clean and the mini fridge was cold. That was a good thing because the ice maker was broken on the 12th floor. We didn’t use the workout room but we DID take advantage of the bar and a HUGE shout out to Dan, the bartender! Super cool, super professional, and has great taste in breakfast joints. He recommended Maplewood Cafe and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Freaking delicious……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”
