“You know that feeling when you walk into a hotel and think, "Aye, this'll do"? Well, this wasn't that. This was, "Bloody hell, this is brilliant!" They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin. “The Malia Berlin is in a great location, centralized to the train station and anywhere you wish to walk in the city. Public transportation with trams buses, and the underground is also conveniently located. There are many restaurants in museums within a short, walking distance, a room out of view of the river, which offers nonstop entertainment. The breakfast is really nice. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for.”

“The hotel location is nice and close to tram station,15 minutes walk to downtown and Berlin Train station. The environment is quiet and safe. A small supermarket is located at the back of the hotel which is very convenient to travelers. Parking spaces are available just a little bit expensive. ”

“酒店离机场不远，交通方便，楼下就有一家餐厅，味道很不错。早餐很丰富，服务也不错，只是我的房间窗户是朝室内的，虽然不吵，但不能来开窗帘，感觉有点怪。”

“I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.”

“住宿四天，第一天因為接駁車沒有聯繫妥當，結果飯店沒有派接駁車來接，聯繫計程車也沒有來，讓我們和另一個科隆來的德國人在雪夜裡走二公里。儘管事前沒有聯繫妥當(坐火車從丹麥到柏林，哪裡會知道火車站到機場需要多久時間?我請櫃檯人員預估，但他說他不知道)我一到火車站立即打電話，到了捷運站再次打電話，但是櫃台人員卻都置之不理，當我們風塵僕僕到了旅館，問他為什麼不來接我們，(他應該是擔心被主管罵)一直說他有給我計程車電話，但計程車根本拒載。隔天預定接駁車時，還被他(晚班人員)酸說[希望你不要遲到]，第三天，甚至忘了幫我安排早上接駁到捷運的車子。但是白天值班的櫃台人員十分親切，儘管他們的英文不如晚班人員流利，卻讓人感到舒服。交通真的很不方便，尤其是雪夜裡要等待接駁車來接駁，真的令人冷到四肢發顫。捷運站裡也沒有遮蔽的空間可讓旅客覺得暖和些。除了有一天馬桶沒有刷乾淨之外，旅館的設備很新穎，備品也很齊全。鄰近飛機場的噪音聽得很清楚，不過不至於影響睡眠。如果是特價，很值得一住。”
