“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently.
Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

“Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty.
Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some .
Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant .
Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels .
I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand”

“this booking was a scam!! I was left sitting outside of a property surrounded by flats and nobody would answer the door. I could not contact the owners, despite 8 phone calls, text messages and voicemails. After 2 1/2 hours, I had to find alternative accommodation. To add insult to injury, Hotels.com did nothing to help me at all. I was on a business trip and it stressed me out completely. all the food I had bought to cook for myself was ruined as I had to leave it in the back of the car. ……
