「From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay.
What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged...

「We stayed here for four nights. The location is ok, close to the shopping street. However, the whole hotel is quite dated and old. You can tell it is clean, but the facility itself is old. Especially the toilet, that’s small and the electronic function only worked for the first day. Not working for the other three, but the flushing is working normally so we didn’t ask to change the room. The bath tub also has difficulty to get the water out, the water level is up to my ankle when I finished my...
