"This facility is super nice, and very convenient and walkable to many restaurants and bars. I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. However, there is a secured parking lot a few blocks away, and the gentlemen that worked there were tremendous!! Very customer service-oriented and provide a safe parking environment. The hotel was great, with security on-site, and it is in a good neighborhood - felt very safe at night walkng to/from local restaurants. The breakfast option to add to your stay was also very with good choices. We did not have A/C the one night, but an engineer checked for us and responded very quickly -- apparently this was a known problem for the living room, but he was able to fix the bedroom A/C promptly. Overall, it was a great experience and the gentleman at the desk during the evening shift was very helpful and attentive to any questions of issues that we had. Definitely recommend. "

"Every thing was great, except the carpet was dirty but we guessed it and had our slippers. and the toilet door was not able to locked."

"After a poor experience in a property near Times Square the previous week, we found the Crew Quarters an excelent base to stay, the Staff were so freindly and kind to our needs and looked after us very well. The Hotel room was spacious even fro the four of us that stayed. very clean, the beds were super comfy. All in all, I highly recomend this Hotel"
