“We had never been to that part of the lakes before so we weren't sure want to expect, the village itself it pretty and clean but definitely lacked amenities. Dalegarth B&B had the important things that we look for, Top of the list, cleanliness, and i think they do the best breakfast we've ever had. Lot's of choice, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts, and a massive list of cooked items. No limits on food either. Very generous. “Phil and Helen were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble, very welcoming, helpful and the breakfasts were great. Rooms are comfortable. Great location with walks, pubs and restaurants nearby so no need for the car. Would stay again.”
