I would leave a note for guests arriving early that they can leave their cars in the car park before check in as my partner kept going back to check with someone (anxiety) and there wasn't anyone around to ask. 「What wonderful hosts and fantastic B&B! Rich and team were super friendly, helpful and attentive hosts: nothing was too much trouble.
