"Stayed here earlier this week. Had dinner and breakfast at this hotel's An Dining. Restaurant staff Rajan, Khaing Mi, and Jake are particularly impressive. Would have given this hotel full marks if not for a rather sub-par front office manager at reception on Sep 27 when my friends and I did our check-in. Fortunately the chap in no way ruined our otherwise really wonderful stay."

"This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here."

"Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes."
