“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The people working there were extremely kind and very helpful. I would stay there again and recommend their facility to anyone visiting Cincinnati. Jalen was especially helpful and is a real asset to their facility.”

“The hotel was in a great location downtown, with many restaurants and bars closeby. The room was quiet and comfortable, although a little stuffy. The a/c just couldn’t keep up with 100 degree weather outside. The hotel is older and in need of some renovation (carpets), and our shower had not been cleaned prior to check in (hair stuck to the walls, and on the drain, yuck!). However, hard to beat the price for the location!”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Beautiful hotel”

“We were directed to valet park when arriving this was not mentioned when booking the hotel room only that parking was available not that it was valet only. Anyway, a very expensive pair of sunglasses were stolen from our car. We have reached out to the hotel but at this point it does not seem to be encouraging that they are going to do anything about it which is extremely disappointing seeing how it was over 300.00 for a 1-night stay.”
