「套间很好，简易厨房的设计不是很合用。工作人员服务意识强，并贯彻到位。房间有消毒水味道，也有小虫子出没。这么高的房价竟然不带早餐，令人有些失望。」

「One of the best serviced apartments I have stayed in, very clean, well furnished to Western standards, very comfortable bed. Great view from the balcony. Great staff who were professional and courteous and provided a seamless service from airport pick-up and throughout my stay. Will definitely booking again on my next business trip.」

「全室禁煙で喫煙者にはつらいホテル。４階のレストランに喫煙コーナーがありましたが・・・ チェックイン時に喫煙した場合のペナルティーの保証金として3,500ペソとられました。 朝食は普通ですが品目が少なく感じます。またプールのスタッフが多すぎます。見られている気がします。 斜め前にSMマーケットもあるので自炊する宿泊客には良いでしょう。まわりは歓楽街です。 飛び込みで入った「李家」という韓国料理店はお勧めです」

「It's a great space, very well put together. Ample room to get around comfortably. Location is a great plus, with a mall next door and it being situated in the Central area of Manila. The host was very helpful and responsive; Made the entire stay beautiful! 」

「事前に部屋のチェックが不十分。 　シャンプーが切れている、時計は止まっている、洗濯機から水漏れ、冷蔵庫から騒音あり等 　　ただし、すべてをチーフが対応、冷蔵庫は新品に 交換。　6日泊で最後の2日は追加料金なしでグレードアップした室に泊めてくれた。すごく良い部屋だった。」

「Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol. 」
