“The place was very comfortable and we were given a lot of amenities for washing clothes and also everything you need in the kitchen. There were also plenty of spare towels and bedding. Everything you need to keep the place clean is available. I can't say enough about how clean it was. Overall extremely satisfied. And to be allowed a later check out free of charge was a blessing and I am very grateful for that.”

The traffic on the elevators was pretty heavy but you got where you wanted to go. “The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling……

“The description on Expedia does not match. You have to pay to use the pool. It did not have a dining table. There was no Safe box in the room, though the owners later explained that it was being repaired. There were no paper towels as described. The air conditioner was small and weak so I had to stay in the bed area. The shower spray was weak and was confusing to operate. Also it Smells strongly of moth balls. I don’t understand how this is categorized as 4.5 stars on Expedia. I will say that……
