「I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. The employee helping us stopped halfway through our check-in to take a phone call, leaving us waiting nearly 40 minutes before returning with no apologies or additional information about the resort.
Our room wasn’t ready for almost 4 hours. While I understand delays happen, what was frustrating was being told...

「The resort was absolutely perfect. If you want a beautiful place to go and just relax while enjoying what the resort has to offer, Ti Kaye was phenomenal! If you wanted to go off resort, booking excursions was incredibly easy too. The staff was unbelievably professional and delightful, you felt truly appreciated and taken care of. St Lucia definitely stole our hearts, I couldn’t recommend the island and resort more! It was really an excellent experience through and through!」

「Where do I begin?, our concierge Nelson was great and kept apologizing to us for the service. Everyday they served the same COLD food. breakfast,lunch,and dinner COLD, even in the restaurant where you have to make reservations COLD, nasty and no variety. 「You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away. 「The overall satisfaction of staying in a relaxing resort was amazing. I enjoyed the a staff, the spa, especially having a hot tub right outside your villa. I stayed with my sister for a wonderful first time experience in the Caribbean and I will definitely come back. Food, location, the beach was so peaceful and thats what I was looking for. Sipping piña coladas at the beach and soaking every bit! Highly recommend if you are looking for not busy and chill resort, this is the one for you....
