“The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and general refurbishment.
Surprisingly, the restaurant was closed to regular hotel guests during breakfast because it was reserved for delegates attending a conference. As a result, other guests were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast.
Breakfast also starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, which is rather inconvenient.
Apart from these issues, it is a good hotel overall.”

“We LOVED this hotel. The manager and staff welcomed us warmly and were always helpful - including the offer to chauffeur us to a local restaurant in the hotel car when it was a bit rainy. Breakfast in the dining room every morning was quick and our waiter was so sweet and friendly, remembering our favorites.
The room was clean, large and perfect, with great views of the shops in the Domain. We really appreciated the lovely shower and the perfect bed!
