“Most of it it's great, but not friendly for people who's driving.”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“A pleasant hotel with some quirky and fun decorations, located near the light rail and an iconic restaurant (Hell’s Kitchen).”

“Would be 5 starts but they falsely have that there is no pet fee but when you arrive there is a waiver that states if your pet is over 40lbs there is a non refundable $150 pet fee. Location great, room fantastic, bed was amazing. The check in process has been a long wait both times I’ve stayed here.”

“We stayed over the weekend for a wedding. Lovely hotel views, great breakfast, and ease of access were some of our most notable highlights. Hotel staff were friendly and exteremely helpful. Enrique and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and made our experience so much better. We had an amazing time and will be back again.”
