「Clean room but really run down property. Not worth the rate, upside is there are some dining options within walking distance」

「I have no idea how their reviews are as good as they are! The hotel is poorly maintained. The parts that are renovated, are not renovated well. It's not clean to most standards. Not even worth it to mention the pool. The only good thing is they have an okay breakfast. I'm in the area fairly frequently and will not be staying here again.」

「The staff was very helpful when asked for help. We were there 3 nights. We had to ask for towels for 2 people. The trash was never emptied or the room cleaned.」

「We didn't have towels in our room upon arrival- and when we asked for some they only gave us 4 even though our room was set up for 6 and that's how many travels we had. We asked for a later check out and that was denied. They said there was an issue with my deposit and if I didn't give them my card number again it wouldn't be returned. Our shower didn't drain properly either. Bedding was stained and had holes in them.」
