“The pool was so disgusting. It’s as mucky, and there was hair all over in the water and it wasn’t mine or my kids. None of the ice vending machines worked except on the 1st floor. We had the noisiest neighbors and I tried calling the front desk 3 times and all it did was ring and ring, no one answered. Tried to call for extra towels and it just rang and rang. "Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
