「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

It took 25 minutes to get our car and there were people getting their cars before us and dropping off and getting service but we were not very disappointed with the valet service. Some of the light fixtures in our room were broken coming in which was fine. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful but the valet was very rude.」

「I was in town for the women’s basketball 25th year reunion of the best team in school history! The staff rocked our stay! Go Bearcats! 2001-2002 Women’s Basketball team 28-5 record! Conference Champs, Season Champs, and first NCAA tournament win in school history! Thanks so much for making it another memory for my family! Especially my son! Love you Jax!」
