“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.”

“15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English. ”
