「This hotel is exceptional when it comes to cleanliness. We are now in another in Florence which is just no comparison even though they are more expensive. I am happy I ignored the negative reviews and booked with Adesso. The Tiburtina Station is across the street which made taking the train to Florence so smooth. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the breakfast buffet so I can’t comment on that. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.」

「The hotel is well designed with charming details as well as an abundance ot convenient additions - fast charging plugs, breakfast in a bag etc The only slight downside was location - there isn't much around and it's quite a walk from the centre but it wasn't a huge problem for me. 」

「We walked everywhere and had a lovely time. Staff and rooftop restaurant and bar were an added bonus for tired travellers and the view was quite lovely. I would recommend this hotel for travellers looking for a quiet and walkable neighbourhood that has an authentic Italian feel to it. We enjoyed our stay.」

「We liked almost everything, the staff were excellent especially one female, who was trainee, I don´t remember name. Room was excellent, very tidy and clean, they change towels everyday. Service at the bar was so friendly. We recommend this hotel!」

「入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。」
