「Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review. Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff. I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room. They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once...

「We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient.」

The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. 「Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place. Please contact the hotel for the correct address so you don’t keep on running around with your luggage to look for the right place. Once we found the hotel, the rooms were very clean.
