"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"当日スタッフの方からお電話をいただき不明な点を確認できたことで不安から解放され、少し早く到着してしまいましたが清掃のスタッフさんの明るくて優しい対応、母も喜んでました。 心地よい灯り使いやすいシステムキッチン何より炬燵が最高、膝の悪い母は椅子を使わせていただきました、清潔で静かで居心地の良いいいお宿でした。 付け足しですが　何十年ぶりかの雨戸の開け閉めや雨戸独特の木でできた鍵。クルクル回す窓の鍵にも感動。 今回は 母, 姉, 私の3人でしたがとても気に入ったのか次は親戚で集まりたいと言っていました。【笑】"

"Very spacious property in a quiet part of town, close to the metro. It was very convenient. Its three floors, roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Only cons, couldnt figure out the dryer and there were no instructions anywhere. "
