“这个酒店非常个性化也非常的适合家庭旅游居住，餐厅非常开阔温情。对老顾客非常照顾，特别是对有困难的需要帮助的顾客更能够全力以赴，我是因为车祸啊。又第二次住进酒店。他们不但没有排斥受伤的人。还帮我安排了面对游泳池的开个房间，让我心情非常愉悦，减少了我很大的心理压力。我有机会还会来这个酒店。”

“The swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. There were times when the hotel's sound system was playing music a bit loud and it wasn't the best music, but then again, I'm older so I shouldn't complain. “My stay at the Kenect Phoenix was amazing! The staff was friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage after arriving early morning before check-in. I got back to the hotel about an hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was able to get me into my room before time. The hotel is about a 8-10 min walk to the convention center, restaurants and Fry's Grocery store. The city scooters were convenient as well if you don't want to walk too far.
