「Nice hotel with good facilities 」

「I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights.」

「We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops. 「The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Also the room was spacious and comfortable. The downside to the hotel was the indoor pool was very small and had a cover over it so couldnt be used and the bar consisted of a couple of bottles of spirits. The breakfast was plentiful with the usual continental offerings.」

Staff were helpful accepted an Amazon parcel delivery for our fellow travellers and quickly upgraded their rooms on request Rooms clean and tidy and kept so. Air conditioning ok and way to control.
