“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am.
I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot and spacious. We loved the room with extra seating area. This had everything we needed for a nice long weekend for a few hockey games in the area. Breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets and plenty to choose from. Our door lock was a little loose and they did send someone up to fix it but it needed a bit more of a repair. Zero complaints about this property. Would be even better if parking fee……
