"Id like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service during our recent stay. The entire staff—from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping—was attentive, kind, and friendly.Special thanks to Matthew (the manager) and Gianni for the warm welcome and the room upgrade. I also truly appreciate the excellent service from the bellboys, Filmer and Jose to the restaurant Giovanni and Terrence not to forget Jay and Mike from the housekeeping. Rodos Palace Hotel

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"The resort is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and varied. The spa is relaxing and the spa staff professional. The beach is clean and never crowded. The evening entertainment is very good quality.The resort is not far from the Old Town or the airport. We highly recommend this resort if you want to unwind."
