「I had an exceptional stay and experience at the Millen Penang!! The room was beautifully set up and superb sea facing view from the bathroom. It was an amazing experience.

「Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe).
One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe.
Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!」
