My check-out experience felt detached and impersonal, with no one even asking about my stay. My spa appointment was canceled without any prior notice. I only discovered this upon arriving at the spa. Although they attempted to arrange an alternative, the walk there was unbearable in the heat.”

“Beautiful hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Our suite (Oriental Suite) was huge and very well appointed, very comfortable and considered for travellers. The pool is heaven-sent after a long hot day exploring, although it’s very quiet (maybe a good or bad thing depending on your preference for atmosphere). The food at the hotel is ok - not the best or worst we had in Morocco, but it’s good enough. Good location just outside of the Medina for a quick 50Dh taxi ride to most……
