「Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. 」
