“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is……

“Well located at the beginning of that part of Oxford St. which is closed to vehicles and the location of a number of restaurants and pubs, most of which have both indoor and outdoor seating, including the White Star Tavern. Vehicle access is available right to side of the hotel. We arrived the afternoon of Halloween and all the staff were dressed in costume, which my wife and I thought was a nice touch. Our room was located two above the first floor, and the check-in person helped us with our……

“這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人”

“Lovely lodge! Clean and well presented. Rather short on a few items though. No egg cups. No chopping boards. I could have done with a small brush and shovel in order to leave the lodge a bit cleaner. Apart from that it was a beautiful lodge and very spacious. We had a lovely few days.”

“Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”

“The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food.”

“Really lovely place, great food, beautiful for coeliacs, room was nice”

“We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”. There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing. The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,……

“Wonderful property and lovely host.”

“A lovely place to stay, the room was large and luxurious, airconditioning, roll top bath, separate shower and comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was great and the owners were lovely. Highly recommended.”

“Everything from start to finish was amazing!”

“A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards. A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)”
