「Very nice hotel, the staff are very nice and helpful, guests parked the car have discount? Uk$5 for 24 hours」

「The lady manager worked on 16/9 was mean and impolite after I reviewed my stay concern about unclean tower placed in my room and stained bed sheet after changed. She was absolutely not suitable to be at the front line to deal with guest. 」

「We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again.」

My only issue was that there was some sort of benefit dinner/event being held in the event hall on the main floor, so it was very loud in our room late into the night. 」

「Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!」
