"All was good, only issue was the front desk lady, she did not speak clear or speak up, it was like talking to your 15 year old kid who still mumbles. I had to keep having her repeat herself, about basic things, but I really couldn’t follow or understand her. The kick was she never spoke a bit louder or more clear, she kept repeating herself in the same monotone, low volume mumbles lol…..but everything else was good!"

"Clean, bright and welcoming lobby. All of the staff was courteous. On check out, we advised of a wet spot (condensation) under our AC unit and the front desk clerk flagged down the engineer and discussed the problem and plan right in front of me. Very appreciative of the report."

"The facility was a bit older than I expected. The initial impression from the odor in the lobby reminded me of an old bowling alley; they may need new carpeting. My room was like the picture online when I booked the reservation, but the space indicated as a kitchenette was a cubby with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. I never used the microwave. The room was very clean and sanitary, but the toilet did not flush well when I got into the room, I needed to have maintenance fix the issue, it was addressed within a few hours the next morning, while I was out of the room. Cleaning staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a lot of choices, mostly carbohydrates, limited protein (egg / bacon-not every morning). Selections were limited for anyone with special dietary needs or food allergies. The bed was very comfortable and I got great sleep. The 3-night stay was adequate for the purpose of my trip, but I would have expected more for the price I paid through Hotels.com."
