“We rented a suite with mountain views and was put in a handicap room (with a view). The entrance door rubbed against the frame and made a terrible loud noise every time. I'm sure this was as unpleasent to other guests as it was to us. The bathroom was dirty (especially the shower chair). The bed was very comfortable but low to the floor and pillows didn't match in size.The hot tub outside was not working and the pool room inside was to hot to even enjoy. The breakfast buffet was convienant but a……

“Front desk staff Alena was super helpful! The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient. The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic.”

“Was placed on a floor that appeared to be a storage area for extra furniture, room lock was tampered with and the looks received gave me an uneasy feeling. Ended up leaving and paid for another hotel. Will NEVER EVER stay at that Hotel again!💯”

“Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.”

“The room was clean, but there was not even a cup in a room with a kitchenette, No plates coffee machine etc. Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ? It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon.”
