"The amenities are excellent, though the only problem we had was the wheelchair accessibility. I hope that someday they would think people with wheelchair should be able to access the toilet and show er with ease."

"My stay was excellent from the start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly helpful ,accommodating, making checkin and out and other inquiries seamless. The room was spotless and the temp was perfectly set up for comfort. Transportation was also hassle free especially the shuttle service to Disney. Drivers were very polite and always on time. I enjoyed the breakfast as well- there were so many options to choose from. Servers were also polite and helpful showing me how to use the machines. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Easy to get to and has a convenience store right next to it, very easy to get from kameido to any of the big places like tokyo station/shibuya station. Room was TINY, my brother is 6’4 and did not fit in the shower, so if you’re over 6’0 i wouldn’t recommend. You had to throw away your own trash but it’s good overall. "

"Love the apartment-style of this hotel. Location is pretty good too - walking distance of Nishi-Kasai station and a bus loop, the convenience stores, drugstores and grocery stores. We stayed in the standard family room which was spacious enough and we could spread out and open our luggages. There was also a dining set which was very helpful if we didn’t want to sit on the beds. We were 2 adults and 2 children"

"A few minutes away from the train station. Room was nice well maintained. Staff was friendly and amenities were the best I've seen. Breakfast was delicious and free. A free coffee/cocoa station 24 hrs.. Only 2 elevator so sometimes you may wait a bit but once on, it is fast to get to your floor. Air conditioning/heating was awesome. Washer/dryer ok the room was very useful and detergent & fabric softener packets are sold at the front desk for 50 yen. Beds were comfortable and blankets are thick. I would definitely stay again!"
