「It’s impeccable! Zanet is the best host I have ever met. Taking her time to show us the best restaurants, where to go, the local dishes etc. she’s amazing! Every staff is super friendly and speak fluent English. The sunset view is the best, so glad that we don’t have to wait under the sun for hours like everyone else in Oia. They keep the best spots as common area for guests to enjoy the sunset and even serve traditional drinks. What a thoughtful surprise! Lots of variety for breakfast...

「Even though we had to lug our luggage up the steps to the hotel, we loved it! No complaints here. Vicky in reception reached out to me a week before to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel as well as our transfer to the ferry. She also arrange to have our luggage brought down to the shuttle on our departure. The restaurants below the hotel were wonderful. Wish we had more time to spend at Lava Stone to enjoy the sunrise. 「The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! 」
