“A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. Either drive to touristic places you want to visit or take the train, both are possible. We enjoyed driving as well as traveling by train, especially to Cinque Terre. “Loved this 4 level apartment! Location was amazing. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! We brought a car to Riomaggiore and we worked with owner for private parking. There is public parking but not guaranteed. View is nice from multiple levels. We were Ages 67, 51, 20 & 18. We were all in pretty good shape so we were able to handle all of the stairs/steps. But I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with knee or health issues. Our 20 & 18 yo LOVED the Rocky areas right by apartment and swam……

“Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa).”

“Our host couldn’t be sweeter. Very helpful and accommodating. The house was perfectly located in a quiet area close to the beach. It was well appointed with washer (and detergent) and ability to split beds for making 2 for our children. There was AC throughout, but loved the windows open and the fresh air at night. Thank you!”
