Refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with sea view and garage a few minutes walk from Oura beach and the street of bars and restaurants. Situated in the Santa Eulália area where there are supermarkets next door and a variety of restaurants at your disposal.
In the building there is a swimming pool for children and one for adults, a private parking space in the garage and 4 lifts. The apartment is south facing, has sun all day and a spectacular sea and coast view.

Nice, clean and modern apartment

Good location within 10 minute walking distance of a very nice beach. Renovated, well-maintained apartment with an upscale kitchen and nice view of the ocean. Could be a bit noisy from the road below but not a problem with the windows and doors closed. Air-conditioned and pleasant apartment and good host.

Location, location, location

Just yards away from shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. Something for everyone, families, couples, romantics. If you want rowdy however stay nearer the strip. Apartment was lovely and adequately equipped. Patrick was readily available if required. Fabulous view from the balcony. Road noise might be an issue for some but we know the area well and knew it was on a busy road but the location and view were worth it.
