On the main floor of the apartment you can find the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room which has access to a terrace with outdoor furniture for dining with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. On the upper floor you can find a Private Lounge, completely open to socializing, with a dining table and sofas to relax on the spectacular view over the sea and surrounding area..

The kitchen is current and top of the range, being equipped for 4 people, with ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine , among other amenities needed to make your holiday unique. The heating of the water is done through solar panels.

It has two bedrooms, one of them en suite, both with double bed, linens and wardrobe, luxurious and modern, with a chic decor and great city view.

It has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, both with face and bath towels for guests.

The living room consists of a sitting area where you can relax on the modern sofas or watch cable TV and use the free WIFI we have at your disposal. The living room also has a modern and elegant dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. Outside the living room we can find the highlight of this spectacular holiday apartment, the extraordinary terrace with sea view and equipped with outdoor furniture so you can dine and enjoy the fantastic sea and city that it provides.

For your security and convenience the house has electric blinds, armoured door and electric garage door, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, free Wi-Fi, French and Portuguese channels. The apartment also has a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, ironing board and iron.

- No reservation accepted from guests under 25 years old.
- Between 10pm and 08am is not permited any noise.
- A deposit of € 400 is charge from your crédit card for each reservation, this deposit is automatically return if no damage to the house or durty above normal when you check out
- For group reservations under 30 years old, is required a extra deposit of 300€ person, this deposit is paid in cash on check in and returned on the checkout date, if damage to the property or dirt above normal, as per rental rules that you will receive in your email after reservation confirmed.
