Discover the Miral Beachside 4, a modern and elegantly furnished apartment located in Albufeira, right next to the sea. This spacious 62m² apartment is perfect for families or groups of up to 5 people, offering all the comfort you need for unforgettable holidays in the Algarve.



The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, including a double bed and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed for maximum use. The bright American-style living room integrates a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and much more.



Enjoy air conditioning throughout the space and stay connected with free WiFi. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower, iron and ironing board, ensuring all comfort during your stay.



Your location is truly privileged. It is just 55 metres from Inatel Beach, with restaurants and cafés 15 metres away. The historic centre of Albufeira is 1 km away, and you have supermarkets, bus stops and other amenities nearby. Faro airport is 45 km away, making access very convenient.



Important note: pets and youth groups are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

Wir kamen nachts an, Übergabe kein Problem, innen sauber. aber der öffentliche Bereich (roof Top Area mit Liegebereich und Ausblick und BBQ) war versifft und eine Zumutung, der BBQ fehlte komplett, Türen eingetreten, Fensterverschluss abgerissen etc., Bilder an Vermieter mit Fakten halfen nicht wurden ignoriert. Im Haus wohnten zu unserer Zeit einige Engländer die die Sau raus liessen. bis morgens um 06.00 Halli Galli, ein Schreiben von HD-P- brachte dann Abhilfe. Das Objekt wird nur vermietet aber keiner kümmert sich um die Defekte am Objekt. In 1-2 Jahren ist das Objekt eine Ruine. Es fehlt an Führung im Haus der die Vorgaben der Vermietung überprüft. Haustür unten am Eingang war immer offen.

Nice place great location with a few missing details

For starters, this location was absolutely perfect. It was a five minute walk to old town and to the beach. It was tucked behind a pizza place in an alley type road but once you find it, it is a great location. We parked in the larger area near the entrance with no issues, but others parked in an alley and ended up with boots on their tires and a €300 fine. If you want to be careful, you can park in the garage about two minutes away for €10 a night. The unit itself was nice and new and had all the things that you needed. We had two bedrooms with a nice kitchen area and a small area to watch TV. The floor of the unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. It looks like it was swept and not vacuumed because you could find little piles of dust balls in certain places. One other issue was that the toilet did not have the right size toilet seat, which made it very hard to sit on. The mattresses were fairly new, but very firm. There was no guide or a sheet with directions on how to hook onto the Wi-Fi Internet, as well as what to do when you left the apartment. Parking guidelines. There might be useful as well. Since the response I got from the house was you can park anywhere is that as long as it’s not illegal, since there were no signs in any of the alleys or parking areas there’s no way to tell what was legal or illegal. There is a nice rooftop deck that you can use while there.
