The property is lovely just a bit shabby quite a few things need to be replaced saying that it didn't stop us having a fantastic time the pool is big which we needed as a family of 11 I paid extra to have it heated so we could use ot quite late into the evenings I definitely recommend it

Große Villa mit tollem Pool

Wir waren 1 Woche da & Manuel (Verwalter) war jederzeit vor Ort erreichbar & hat uns am Anfang durch das Haus geführt & Tipps für die Umgebungen gegeben. Der Pool wird gereinigt und die Villa wurde auch einmalig gesäubert. Bei Fragen einfach Manuel anschreiben. Fußläufig sind mehrere Restaurants erreichbar. Das Essen war top! Lediglich der Strand ist 20min zu Fuß entfernt. Aber man erreicht per Uber günstig und sehr schnell alle Spots. Zu empfehlen!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The pool was fantastic and the two young grandsons spent many happy hours in it as did the rest of us. Perfect for a family holiday.

Fijne villa met prima faciliteiten

Mooie en ruime villa met een mooi zwembad. We hebben er een super fijne week gehad met 12 personen. Minpuntjes: beperkte keukeninventaris en de waterafvoer op verschillende badkamers is onvoldoende. Een loodgieter inschakelen zal veel kunnen oplossen

Relaxing break away

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Vivienda Salgados. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go back. This is our second visit (the first before the pandemic) and both have been great experiences. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was great with lovely large pool and spacious public areas

Not as we were expecting

The property was dated in places and the ant issue in one bedroom was awful, when using the bathroom they were everywhere. Maintaince came a day to try and fix a few issues like the down stairs toilet door not closing and a shutter on a bedroom balcony that kept banging. We had stayed in a villa 3 years ago with the same company and there was no comparison.

Lovely stay in a great property

The layout and space in this property was perfect for my family and I. Everyone had room to enjoy themselves without getting on top of each other. The only downsides were the noise from the local holiday resort; you could often hear the entertainment throughout the day and night which personally didn’t bother me but it did irritate some members of the party. The other is how slippery the tiles are around the pool, this is a very minor gripe but with young children in your party you really do have to be careful as the floor is like ice. Overall a great property and i would recommend for others to stay here.

Every thing you need there at hand , from sun loungers to towels , barbecue. Manuel extremely helpful, if you needed him , everybody in our group enjoyed their stay.
