“Clean room . Bed was very comfortable Reasonable price. Staff was very polite”

“Second time staying here. Best hotel in Sumter. Friendly staff, great location.”

“We found this hotel on our way from Florida to New York. It was a very good and clean hotel. In particular, the beautiful lady at the front desk helped us very enthusiastically. Thank you very much!”

“Price wasn’t bad but room weren’t how they was in the picture, they was no fitted sheets on the bed, tile in bathroom was missing and paint stains in the bathroom for what I think is mold cover up”

“Breakfast was great!”

“The rooms in the hotel were pretty bare bones and crowded. Ours had 2 fridges (one large) and no microwave...?? The pool was also very basic--no changing rooms or spa. The breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. In-room amenities were limited (no closets, no tea/coffee in the room, only very bright overhead lights), but thought had been given to providing access in the lobby to replace some--round the clock tea/coffee, a pool table, kids' toys, individual little……

“服务好，住得舒适”

“Loved the room and the Southern Hospitality”

“We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in.……

“There aren't any amenities! They didn't even have a little coffee pot in the rooms! The beds were not very comfortable. We stayed from a Friday to a Wednesday! The little garage door to the front desk was closed most of the time we were there!! I will not stay here again if I have to go to Sumter again!! I don't even recommend this hotel!!”

“Extreme odor of stale alcohol and cigarettes, extremely questionable do not trust it”

“Staff was great. Location is fantastic with respect to proximity to dining options. My two greatest complaints are that the in-room wifi was absolutely horrible and the bed was NOISY!!!! I had to go out to McDonalds & Chick-Fil-A to get wifi that allowed me to work. Everytime I rolled over on the bed, I could hear the metal bedframe/springs squeaking & shifting.”

“Busy area !!! All could want to eat within 2 miles. Very friendly staff. Restaurant in hotel”
