"The staff is very good. I spent my bday weekend and had a good time. Shout out to bob whe came and added a little humor while we were having breakfast. The breakfast is really good too. Great property. This will be my place to stay in Jacksonville"

"We didn't expect parking fees or the reconstruction and dust."

"The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot."

"The tavern offered a wide selection of menu items and the staff was great. The hotel is not new, but it is well-kept and clean."

"Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom."

"My bathroom wasn’t clean hair was all over the shower and my room was vacuum at all the beds were made fresh but far as the rest of the room no. And I am a Hilton rewards member. Also the next morning at check out front desk ring my line profusely and it was only 11:00am right at check out. I won’t be visiting here again ."
