「We booked two nights at Explorer Munising, and after reading some of the reviews, it made me a little worried of how our stay would end. But this place is absolutely AMAZING! THE LOCATION IS 10/10 the property is absolutely beautiful! To the people who say there isn’t instructions for check-in, they make the door access extremely easy, you don’t park across the street from the cabin. It’s literally 10 feet from your front door where you park. When people say it’s unsafe I’m assuming they’re new...

「Great place to stay. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Close to the snowmobile trail and gas is available at the general store during the day. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the shower needs a higher water flow head. It wouldn't turn the water heater on by itself so we had to run a sink as well to get hot water. Not a big deal though 」

「Our host was quick and helpful with questions before we arrived (condition of roads, plowed driveway, specific directions). The cabin was warm and clean (it was -12 degrees outside when we arrived), the hot tub was hot and accessible, all the snow was plowed/shoveled in the drive and up to the doors. It was a perfect last minute weekend getaway even if it was frigid outside. We loved having the hot tub and fireplace. Only minor complaint is we had trouble getting the wood that is available...
