Great apartment

Vert quiet place

my friends and I loved the accommodation, located on a quiet street. The terrace is superb, and the view is very beautiful. perfect for the aperitif the accommodation was clean, and there was everything you needed.

well equipped apartment

We had fun living in the apartment with three people. Two bathrooms were very comfortable. There was enough space for us on the balcony. The roof terrace with the good gas barbecue was nice to watch sunsets. Communication with Joe and Karen was very easy. Thanks to Joe and Karen, it was a very nice week for us!

Property is Well catered for your every needs and immaculte

Highly recommend, from booking to returning home, the process was easy and I was kept well informed. Owners and key holder very friendly and accommodating. Lovely apartment

This was our first visit to Barbara Ann apartment La Finca golf Algorfa. We loved the apartment very cosy and well positioned for all amenities just a short walk from the commercial centre. Great place to stay.

Just come back from a wonderful 5 night stay in the apartment. We were met by the owners Karen and Andre who were very welcoming. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable with fantastic views from the balcony and roof terrace over the golf course. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to our family and friends. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Great apartment. Nice and quiet, and only a short walk to pool area. Local amenities close by.

Had a wonderful 3 week stay in apartment. Love the area and enjoyed our adventures out in our hire car to beaches and shopping malls, restaurants and local bars. Not far from train station where we were able to go into Alicante for the day. (only 5.50 Euros return on train) Beautiful weather in September so took advantage of the solarium and outside spaces. Highly recommended place to stay. Karen was extremely helpful and Joe was always there for us when needed.

a great location with lovely views from top floor apartment.

many thanks to Karen and Andre the owners of the property the communication from reserving to staying there was topclass nothing was too much bother which made the stay very enjoyable. very comfy living area as well as nice comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The apartment has ceiling fans as well as air conditioning which is great when the outside temp is in the mid 30c. Plenty of kitchen equiptment and space to cook as well as good size fridge and washing machine as well as some very nice restaurants within easy driving distance, If you have a car for your holiday i would definately recommend stay at Barbara Anne's and take advantage of the facilities this apartment has to offer . Golf holiday

Lovely views of the golf course and peaceful area.

This was our second visit to the Algorfa area, and enjoyed our stay much more this time. After two nights at the lovely La finca hotel, we moved to Barbara Ann's apartment nearby for five nights. The pictures of the property are accurate, the apartment is well equipped and very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay. The views from the balcony and the roof terrace are lovely, and I very much enjoyed the view of the sunset over the mountain in the distance. The area is peaceful and clean and there are a number of restaurants and shops (including one with English products!) nearby. Only two downsides: the pool was a bit too far away for our purposes and an uphill walk; and the steps to the first floor apartment could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. It wasn't too hot when we visited so using the pool regularly wasn't a problem and we were okay with the stairs. Overall a very pleasant week. Thanks, Kerry!

Lovely property

The apartment lived up to our expectations completely,sometimes reality with some rentals can dissapoint,but not in this case.Everything was clean and immaculate,and everything has been thought of, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Karen the owner was great to deal with,as we had to arrange for baby equipment to be delivered on the day of our arrival,and she went out of her way to make sure all went smoothly.The la finca development is modern, with a good selection of bars and restaurants to choose from,we particularly enjoyed The Bistro for a quality evening meal.We recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, and will definitely be staying again.

The property exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing ten week stay. We would definitely return.

We had an amazing time at the property. It was spacious, warm and comfortable over a long winter break. The roof terrace was outstanding with amazing views over the golf course and the mountains . We spent many long days there in the winter sunshine. It was beautifully presented throughout , with all comforts thought about. The beds were comfortable with lots of quality linen . There was a full size bathroom and a great ensuite with a super power shower and tons of towels. It was very peaceful and quiet around the apartment. There was a beautiful shared pool in very pretty grounds but it was too cold to use during the winter, but a great bonus for when it is warmer. The air conditioning was very effective for heating during the winter and would be a great to cool the apartment in the summer months. There were also modern flat radiators in each room but we didn’t need them. The English Channel tv was excellent. We caught up with so many new films . There is also a DVD player. The golf resort is extremely pretty and beautifully maintained. We don’t golf but we enjoyed the views over the golf course and the surrounding country’s. If you are there for a short or long stay there is absolutely everything you need on the urbanisation. But the beaches , the mountains and the regional attractions and restaurants are so lovely it is definitely worth hiring a car. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely owners . They could not have been more helpful. We would without hesitation recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday , in a superb apartment, in a superb location. We would definitely love to go there again. We absolutely loved it.

very comfortable clean apartment with good mattresses

i have stayed in other apartments here in la finca but this one is the best of them all. it is clean it has decent beds with mattresses that are comfortable, the WiFi is free no extra charges involved and it works. the TV is modern it has internet on it and was great to be able to search google.plenty of tv programmes and sports channels. the kitchen has what is required and the upstairs area is great for a evening drink. its a quiet area with a lot of choice for food options nearby can walk to commercial center which we did several nights great food. can not fault this place.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben hier fast 2 Wochen verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ausreichend. Für 4 erwachsene Personen fänden wir es etwas beengt. Alles war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine Kaffeemaschinr zusätzlich zur Tassimo wäre wünschenswert. Da es Nachsaison war, waren wir in dem Wohnkomplex alleine. Dadurch war es besonders ruhig. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war immer gegeben und alles konnte problemlos abgewickelt werden. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Very clean and smart property which has been maintained to a high standard

Had a fantastic 5 day stay here.. .property has had money spent and is decorated and furnished to a good high quality...beds are really comfy..well equipped kitchen..large tv with all sky tv channels including sports and movies as well as usual itv bbc etc...views from both balconies at night is great. Complex is very well maintained and very clean. Nice swimming pool. Secure car parking provided with a fob to open the electronic gate. Very peaceful. Bars and restaurants are situated close by. We had a great stay and look forward to going back again sometime in the future. Excellent communication from the owner regarding the booming from start to finish...
