“This place is awesome. The staff is probably the friendliest i have ever encountered. The rooms were very quaint and clean. I am very pleased that we stumbled upon the Maplewood. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This was my second visit to the Belvedere Estate, and I am so happy I made the decision to return! There is something truly special about this property. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms are delightful, and the entire estate has a wonderful charm and elegance that makes staying here such a memorable experience. The customer service is exceptional, and you genuinely feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The location is another wonderful feature—tucked away in a peaceful,……

“Delightful B and B. Small, private, quiet.”

“Excellent breakfast, very accommodating”

“Beautiful historic inn renovated but keeping the traditional features throughout The inn keepers were awesome helping with local eatery suggestions and preparing amazing, unique breakfast options. Thank you for wonderful, comfortable atmosphere.”

“The Inn was very nice and sets in a lovely area just across the street from the lake. There is a breakfast in the morning if scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal , cereal, fruit, toast and jams. There is coffee and juice in the morning.”

“If you're looking for a place to stay that's walkable to the the restaurants and shops it is a wonderful location. David, the owner/host provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast that was served was hearty, including breakfast casserole, fruit and juice/coffee.The menu changes each day, but it definitely will fill you up and was delicious and made with care. The stay was comfortable and appropriate for sleeping and rest after a day of exploring.”

“The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

“Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable.”

“Lovely and neat apartment unit! Excellent hosts, with delicious continental breakfast. Central location, with many benefits. Saturday night bar live music can seep into unit. Would pla.”

“The Belvedere Estate was a beautiful building and the grounds were very nicely kept but I would not recommend the Abbey Room. The mattress was very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on springs, definitely not a refreshing weekend of sleep. The room was incredibly hot - the estate has AC, but with the home being older, no cold air was coming out of our vents and windows barely opened to allow for air flow. I felt the advertised “delicious continental breakfast” was lacking for what……

“I would rate our stay a 2 out of 5. Let me explain why.We stayed in the Cambridge Room at the Belvedere, and there was actually a lot that we liked about it. The room was interesting, clean, and had a lot of character. It also had a charming little dormer-window sitting area that we absolutely loved. The grounds were beautiful, the building itself was great, and overall, we really liked the room.Unfortunately, the bed was awful. It appeared to be two box springs stacked on top of one another,……
